betlk Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "betlk", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the betlk platform accessible at betlk.net, its parent entities, subsidiaries, and authorised agents.
• "Platform" means the betlk website, mobile web application, and all associated services available at betlk.net.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the betlk Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on betlk, including all associated wallet balances, bonus credits, and betting history.
• "Real Money" means Philippine Peso (₱) funds deposited into and held within a betlk Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by betlk that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as Real Money.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game, sporting event, or other outcome available on the betlk Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process betlk applies to player accounts in accordance with applicable regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary gaming regulatory body in the Philippines.

By accessing the betlk Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using the betlk Platform and close your Account if one has already been created.

Access to real-money gaming and betting on betlk is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine responsible gaming standards applicable to casino-style gambling.
• You are accessing the betlk Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of betlk or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the betlk Platform.

betlk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership, as part of our KYC process. Accounts will be restricted from withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

If betlk determines, at any point, that a Player is under 21 years of age, betlk will immediately suspend the Account, void all wagers placed from that Account, and withhold any winnings pending regulatory guidance. Any deposits made by an underage player may be returned at betlk's sole discretion after deduction of any administrative costs.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) betlk Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. betlk is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• You must provide a valid mobile number registered in the Philippines for SMS OTP verification.
• Your registered email address will serve as the primary communication channel for account-related notifications.
• betlk accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Account to any other person.
• betlk reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

All betlk Account transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). betlk does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Exchange rate risk is borne entirely by the Player for any deposits made via USDT TRC20 or other digital asset methods where applicable.

Deposits: betlk accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. betlk does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawing account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering control.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and displayed in the withdrawal section of your betlk Account.
• betlk targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours during normal operating conditions. GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts typically settle within minutes of approval.
• betlk reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud review, KYC completion, or compliance checks. Players will be notified of any such delay.

betlk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while playing with Bonus Funds, and expiry periods — which are published alongside the respective offer.

General bonus conditions that apply across all betlk promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times (rollover/turnover requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as Real Money.
• betlk reserves the right to set maximum withdrawal limits on winnings derived from Bonus Funds.
• Only one bonus offer may be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• betlk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, hedging bets across multiple accounts, or artificial bet patterns — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be used by professional betting syndicates or arbitrage operations.

All games and betting markets available on betlk are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or market interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a wager.

• betlk reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a technical error, a manifest pricing error, or where the integrity of a game or event is in doubt.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or live sports bet, betlk's server records shall be the definitive record of the game state and any resulting outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• betlk's random number generator (RNG) outcomes for electronic games are final and binding. betlk does not manipulate or override RNG results.
• For sports betting markets, betlk's trading decisions — including the suspension of markets, the voiding of legs in accumulator bets, and the settlement of disputed outcomes — are final, subject to formal dispute resolution under Section 12.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betlk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the betlk Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or sports betting.
• Colluding with other players in card games, bingo, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain credits, free spins, or any other benefit.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of integrity violation in relation to games or betting markets.
• Sharing or selling betlk Account access, including login credentials, with any third party.
• Using the Platform in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or harassing to betlk staff, live dealers, or other Players.

betlk is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Philippine player base. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income. betlk provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every registered account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in Philippine Pesos.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at configurable intervals reminding you of how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) to take a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from all betlk Platform access. betlk will honour self-exclusion requests immediately and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

All content on the betlk Platform — including but not limited to the betlk brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the property of betlk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the betlk Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any betlk content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any betlk software or game.
• Use betlk's name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without explicit written consent.
• Create derivative works based on betlk Platform content.

betlk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on betlk, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

betlk will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or where necessary to deliver Platform services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betlk's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betlk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings resulting from a technical error, platform outage, or game void.
• Interruption to service caused by factors outside betlk's reasonable control, including Philippine network outages, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate password security.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on game odds, promotional descriptions, or other Platform content where a genuine error has been made and promptly corrected.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes betlk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

betlk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where betlk has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
• KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable period following request.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to betlk.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion or has been identified as a vulnerable person.

Upon termination for cause, betlk may withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause — for example, where betlk withdraws from a market — any verified Real Money balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting betlk support. Upon voluntary closure, any pending wagers will be settled according to their natural outcome and the resulting balance returned to the Player.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

betlk and the Player agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally before commencing formal legal proceedings. Players with a complaint should first contact betlk support at the email address listed in Section 16 below.

betlk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, betlk will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address on your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the betlk Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 13.
