This Privacy Policy is issued by the operator of the betlk platform, accessible at betlk.net (referred to in this document as "betlk", "we", "us", or "our"). betlk is the data controller responsible for your personal data collected through the betlk website and any associated services offered to players in the Philippines.

betlk processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfil the betlk Player Agreement — including account management, payment processing, and game delivery — is necessary to perform the contract between you and betlk.

betlk primarily stores and processes personal data within servers located in the Asia-Pacific region. In some cases, data may be transferred to or accessed from locations outside the Philippines — for example, where a cloud service provider or KYC verification partner operates infrastructure in another country.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, betlk ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission (NPC), binding corporate rules, or a determination that the recipient country provides an adequate level of data protection. betlk will not transfer your data internationally in a manner that reduces the protections you are entitled to under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

betlk retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, subject to the following minimum periods:

• Active accounts: For the full duration of your betlk account being open and for a period of five (5) years after voluntary account closure.
• KYC and identity documents: A minimum of five (5) years from the date of submission, in accordance with AMLC record-keeping requirements applicable to Philippine gaming operators.

Requests are free of charge for the first request per year; betlk may apply a reasonable administrative fee for subsequent requests within the same calendar year.

betlk's platform and services are strictly intended for adults who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine responsible gaming standards. betlk does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If betlk discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be securely deleted, and any deposits will be returned in accordance with betlk's underage gaming procedure described in the Terms & Conditions.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 21 has provided personal data to betlk, please contact betlk's support team immediately at the contact details in Section 14 so that we can take prompt action.

betlk reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, regulatory requirements, or platform features. When we make material changes to this Policy, we will:
